Critical Role C4 EP 010: Blood for Blood Discussion

So, hello, it has been awhile. Mostly due to laptop issues and not being able to update this website. It is unfortunate but true, I’ve missed talking about the past eight episodes. This post will be a wrap up of all episodes up to ten.

The story that I’m following the most is Thimble. She is one bad ass rogue. In fact, I am now thinking of playing this class if I pick up a game again.

We’ve seen thimble get revenge by killing Casamir. Then in episode ten she takes out a knight. She is amazing.

I’m also interested in Thimble because she is fae. I’m wanting to unravel the mystery of why the doors of fairy are closed. We’ve learned a few things.

1. Humans hunt and hurt Fae
2. Some humans no longer help Fae because of the preaching of the Candescent Creed
3. Death came for the heart of fairy as Brennan said during the wraith tree battle

Those are the bits that I remember.

In Episode Nine, we meet the Black Rabbits. Who are fae that can switch their heads between thorns and blooms. Thimble send them off to tend the garden of the Gnome they met earlier in their adventure.

Thimble is getting so much focus. But it is clear. There is something going on with Fairy and Undead that is at the heart of this story.

I’m probably missing bits. There has been a lot of lore drops. It is fun discovering things about the world along with the cast. Seeing what they know or don’t know based on dice roles. Brennan also sometimes reveals things in the cool down after the episode airs. Which is I’ve kept my Beacon suscription.

My favorite thing in game so far are the Hounds of the King. They are so cool. I love the ones that we have met so far. I’m hoping we will see them again soon.
